About Mathyard

Mathyard is an AI-powered mathematics worksheet and quiz generator operated by Bitcraft Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed), based in Australia. These terms govern your access to and use of the Mathyard website and service at mathyard.com.au.

Use of the Service

Mathyard is provided to help students practise mathematics and to assist teachers in preparing curriculum-aligned practice materials. You may use the service only for lawful, non-commercial educational purposes and in compliance with these terms. You must not use the service in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs it for other users.

Accounts

You may use Mathyard as a guest for a limited number of generations without creating an account. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass guest limits, plan restrictions, or rate limits through automated requests, cookie manipulation, or any other means.
• Do not use the service to generate content for purposes other than personal study or classroom teaching.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated worksheets or quiz content as your own commercial product.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying question generation system.
• Do not submit input designed to manipulate or exploit the AI generation system.

Generated Content

Mathyard uses artificial intelligence to generate mathematics questions, answer options, and explanations. While the service includes automated validation checks, AI-generated content may contain errors, incorrect answers, or unsuitable material. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in a classroom or sharing it with students. Mathyard is a tool to assist — not replace — teacher judgement.

Subscriptions and Billing

Mathyard Plus is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

The Mathyard name, logo, software, and website design are owned by Bitcraft Pty Ltd. Generated worksheet content may be used freely for personal study and classroom teaching purposes. You retain no intellectual property rights in generated content and may not claim authorship of AI-generated material.

Privacy

Use of Mathyard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using the service you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep Mathyard available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be updated, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time. Features, plan limits, and pricing may change with reasonable notice posted on the website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathyard is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. Bitcraft Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content, errors in generated questions, or interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
